We made it to Canada. Detroit skyline in the background and that stupid city can bite me. Freaking never ending detours that lead to giant circles around the city. At one point we saw a sign announcing we were only 23 miles from Ann Arbor! We only found the tunnel thanks to my iPhone and google maps. Stupid detour system anyway! Anyway we are here and ready for fun!

Sorry to hear of your bad luck with the detroit highways. You can always check with M-dot.org to find out the detours. With the summer months approaching its usually pretty bad everywhere around here.
