Office Supplies Crafting

Matt and I read an article that had instructions on how to make stars our of pop cans. So we took my coke zero can from lunch, printed out star templates from Word, and used our company issued scissors, tape and ruler to make a pair. This is Matt's star, mine came out looking like poo. Like Matt's is the teacher's example and mine is the attempt by the 6 year old student. It's bad. But we had fun and had a good laugh about my retarded looking star.

Mana Potion

Dodge and I recently started playing World of Warcraft again and heard
about these mana pot energy drinks. They just arrived today and its a
cool bottle but I think a little late to get jacked up on a energy
drink. I'll save mine for Friday.

To Belgium!

My father is being sent to Belgium next month for work and my mom decided to travel with him. She asked if we wanted to go to keep her company since dad will be working during the day. We found some really cheap tickets so off we go! We'll be visiting from February 9 - 17th. We are super duper excited for this trip. I haven't been to Europe since I was 18. Mom is already making plans to rent a car one day and driving down to Paris (only 3 hours). We just booked our plane tickets so we're set to go, just need to find out what hotel dad's office is putting him up with so we can book a room there as well.

I'm going to eat a crap load of their famous waffles!

This blog post is to celebrate my very patient puppy, Koegel. I got a new camera for christmas that has way more buttons and knobs than I'm accustomed to. Koegel was very patient with me sitting quite still while I was clicking a million pictures. I was referring to manuals and books trying the different settings out and he just sat there ready for more. Unfortunately only a couple of the pictures I took of him were worth viewing but he didn't seem to care. More photos of the puppies are available on my Flickr account.

My Sister Dancing

My family is so funny and crazy! My mom is absolutely addicted to YouTube and found the Cupid Shuffle. She sent me a couple videos of people doing it (the funniest being this old woman in a house coat and an eye patch). Now, she has made a video of my sister doing it. It's a little dark but still funny. At least it is to me.

Baby puppies!

My coworker, Karen, had a party and I just wanted to play with her 2 brand new puppies. They are soooo soft and adorable. This one is Lucy. She sat on my lap for most the party. I'm trying to figure out how to smuggle one out of here with me.

ZOMG I Have a Wall!

My very wonderful brother has become very handy and I asked him to fix
the hole in my bathroom wall. Not 2 days later I come home and find
the drying complete wall in my bathroom. This hole was made by my
mother's face during a party at my house one night. Like me, she likes
the tequila a little too much. This really makes my day!

New Year

We spent New Year's at Ed and Misty's this year. Alan was there (Rachel was home sick), Joe and Jynel stopped in and Matt Bromly and his wife Tonya was there with their 2 kids. Just a simple night of pizza and movies to bring in the new year. Dodge made some sushi to bring for everyone to try. Even Misty said she liked it!

Of course Nateski made an appearance for some photos and well wishings of Happy New Year. Nathan probably will get those sordid pictures/videos soon if he hasn't already.

My one and only resolution this year is this:

I'm not going to break any bones this year.
